How can I find a systematic review?
Answer
CINAHL --
If you are using the CINAHL Complete database, you can focus your search on systematic reviews. From the Advanced Search screen, look below the search boxes under Filters. Scroll down to Publication Type and choose Systematic Reviews. Then enter your search terms as usual. CINAHL will only display systematic reviews that meet your search criteria.
JBI & COCHRANE --
There are two databases that specialize in systematic reviews: the JBI database and the Cochrane Library. Access to all library nursing databases and online tutorials can be found on the Nursing Library Guide. For help with specific assignments for your course, contact the Nursing Librarian or find the guide for your course.
